eMERGE started over a decade ago as an IT company for Maltese SMEs — networks, servers, support. As our clients grew, the questions changed. It stopped being “why is the printer offline?” and became “why does a quote take three systems and two days?”. So we built the second half of the answer: a certified Odoo practice, run with the same discipline as our managed services. Today the two halves reinforce each other. Our MSP work means we understand infrastructure, security and how businesses actually break. Our Odoo work means we understand processes, accounting and how businesses actually run. Clients get both from one accountable team — and when we needed our own MSP platform to talk to our own ERP, we did not wait for someone to sell us a connector. We built it.
